ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Event Security for ASM Global Stockton Complex. This position is responsible for patrolling our venues during events, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees and vendors while on premise. You may also be responsible for securing property during load in/out for events at our venues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include enforcing building security and safety rules, standing guard during events, providing event security in front of house (stage) as well as back of house, handling disturbances or problems that arise during events, writing incident reports, assisting with crowd control, and acting professionally with guests, staff, clients, and vendors. The position requires a valid guard card and California driver’s license, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical demands include standing or walking for several continuous hours and assisting in lifting patrons if necessary. There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
