Perform venipunctures on patients across all age groups. Collect and prepare non-blood specimens accurately. Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Uphold a high standard of safety, compliance, and quality control. What You Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous phlebotomy training or relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing. Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
