Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate and oversee the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality. Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse. Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
