New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) has an opportunity for an experienced leader with proven experience in digital banking to join our team as a Senior Digital Banking Representative . This position is based in Concord, NH and offers a hybrid based schedule.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Senior Digital Banking Representative: $25.00- $30.00

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of current experience with consumer, small business and cash management digital banking applications and services
• Experience performing expert level digital banking activities to include system administration, implementing new digital services, and facilitating system upgrades
• Independent ability to translate assignments into plans and actions
• Experience performing advanced level research, analysis and issue resolution, including those related to system interfaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience developing training plans and materials, and acting as the primary trainer for multiple levels of employees
• Work experience demonstrates a continuous skill progression within Digital Banking or Operations with increasing knowledge, independence, responsibility and demonstrated advanced system knowledge and capacity

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for acting in the capacity of subject matter expert as it relates to all digital banking platforms
• Serves as a liaison between NHMB and the vendor
• Actively participates in the delivery of new digital banking related products and services by being an active project team member, and ensuring Digital Banking staff is informed and trained on any new process or service as a result
• Independently performs complex functions and resolves complex issues related to digital banking
• Provides training assistance for Digital Banking employees
• Maintains a thorough understanding of compliance regulations related to digital banking products/services and system parameters and integrations, and is responsible for providing statistical reporting to Management
