Job Title – SAP S/4 HANA SCM Lead

Location – Totowa, NJ/ Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional with 5-7 years of expertise in the SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) module. The ideal candidate will have experience leading SAP S/4 HANA implementations, with a strong focus on procurement, logistics, and overall supply chain optimization. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain processes and systems integration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4 HANA implementations for Supply Chain Management (SCM), specifically focusing on procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP solutions that align with industry best practices for procurement and logistics.
• Configure and customize SAP SCM modules, ensuring the solutions meet business needs and process requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders during the implementation process, ensuring effective change management and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SCM and provide post-implementation support.
• Continuously monitor supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the SAP system.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the SAP SCM module, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain optimization within an SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP SCM best practices and the ability to configure and implement these solutions.
• Experience with the integration of SAP SCM modules with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain management and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).
• Experience with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain practices and regulations.

Certifications

SAP SCM Certification or SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred but not required
