Innovation and Marketing Consultant - Internship About The Company Mind the Bridge is a global organisation that provides innovation advisory services for corporates, public organizations and startups. About The Role As an Innovation and Marketing Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our innovation initiatives and marketing activities. This role is designed for candidates passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as marketing strategy in the B2B and B2G space. You will work closely with a global team on a variety of tasks that may include: Innovation Projects Support Assist in scouting and evaluating startups for innovation programs. Support the organization and execution of open innovation activities, including workshops, hackathons, and corporate-startup matching events. Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and startups to create innovation insights and reports. Marketing Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Mind the Bridge’s programs and services. Help manage and create content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and blog posts. Support the production of presentations, reports, and communication materials for corporate clients and stakeholders. You Are a Fit If You have a creative and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are knowledgeable about the Open Innovation/startup scene. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish, Italian or another European language is a plus). You have the ability to pitch ideas and produce well-crafted presentations. You are familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. About Your Soft Skills You are CURIOUS and have a high desire to learn. You are passionate about innovation. You have an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude. You are proactive in identifying problems (and solving them). You like to give and receive feedback from team members. You can prioritize tasks and act on sudden deadlines.
