Are you a seasoned paralegal with a passion for estate planning? We're seeking a talented professional to join our team in a remote role. As a Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal, you'll be the key to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for families during challenging times.

Here's a glimpse into your daily adventures:

Master of administration: Handle all aspects of estate and trust administration, from probate to asset distribution.
Communication extraordinaire: Build strong relationships with clients, financial planners, and accountants.
Tax wizard: Prepare federal and state estate tax returns with precision.
Document guru: Draft and manage essential documents like fiduciary accountings.
We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years of experience in trusts and estates administration (knowledge of New Jersey, New York, or Florida probate is a major plus!).
Is a numbers whiz with strong mathematical skills.
Is a tech guru with experience in estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word.
Is highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Is a team player who loves to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Has a college degree or paralegal certificate (JD/paralegal candidates are also welcome!).
