Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA! 

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

Schedule: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the work and are willing to work with your schedule! Full-time candidates have the option of working hybrid (2 days from home 3 days in office), flexible hours, and potentially a 4 day work week. Part-time candidates must commit to a minimum of 10 session hours per week (groups included).

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
  • Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
  • Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
  • Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
  • Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
  • Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements:

  • LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, associates welcome!
  • Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
  • Exceptional clinical judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
