Modern Finance RPA Developer

Onsite or Remote

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join our team. As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing new automations, working on obtaining access for automations, developing documentation, managing other RPA Developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to develop automation solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, as well as a strong understanding of the UiPath RE framework.

Responsibilities:

• Develop New Automations: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
• Work with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to develop automation solutions that meet their expectations. This includes:
• Gathering requirements and defining project scope
• Developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on automation capabilities
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure automation solutions continue to meet stakeholder needs
• Manage Multiple Projects and Stakeholders: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions. You will also need to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
• Obtain Access for Automations: Work with stakeholders and Enterprise Products to obtain necessary access and permissions for automations, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Develop Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for automations, including process diagrams, user guides, and technical notes.
• Manage Other RPA Developers: Supervise and guide other RPA Developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues with existing automations, and implement fixes as needed.

UiPath RE Framework Expertise:

• Full Understanding: You must have a full understanding of the UiPath RE framework, including its architecture, components, and best practices.
• Experience with RE Framework: You should have hands-on experience with the UiPath RE framework, including designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using the framework.

Certification Requirements:

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer: You must be a certified UiPath RPA Developer, with a valid certification from UiPath.

Finance Industry Knowledge:

• Strong Understanding: You must have a strong understanding of how RPA can be applied in finance, including knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific use cases.
• Experience with Financial Processes: You should have experience with financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Value Tracking Framework:

• Design and Development: Help design and develop a value tracking framework for UiPath, which will enable us to measure the impact of automation on business outcomes.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and track KPIs that align with business objectives, such as cost savings, productivity gains, and improved accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, including UiPath Orchestrator, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to communicate the value of automation and provide insights into areas where automation can drive further benefits.

UiPath Test Suite Knowledge:

• Basic Knowledge: You should have basic knowledge of the UiPath Test Suite, including its features, functionality, and best practices for testing automation solutions.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath

Skills:

• Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with UiPath AI Center: Basic understanding of UiPath machine learning concepts and techniques.

Pay range is $50 - $57 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
