Job Summary:
As a Medical Receptionist at HR Employer Solutions Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This is a full-time individual contributor role located in Plantation, Florida. 

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
• Update and maintain patient records
• Organize and maintain the front office area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding patient inquiries and needs
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service and address any patient concerns or complaints
• Attend training and meetings as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
