Openings for Missouri State licensed LPCs to become members of our integrated multi-disciplinary behavioral healthcare organization. Centric Care is a Joint Commission and state-licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse facility. We operate an Ambulatory Detoxification program, Partial Hospital program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Psychiatric, Substance Abuse, and Dual Diagnosis. Centric Care utilizes an innovative, highly successful, multi-step, proprietary approach to Wellness. Serving ages 13-70.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform Intake/Assessments.
Assist in the coordination of admissions, as well as, discharge requirements with patients, families, and staff.
Complete daily, a detailed charting of progress notes and treatment program.
Manage patient's entire clinical record and case management,
Provide therapeutic guidance, therapy, and counseling to individuals, groups and families.
Work collaboratively with the Psychiatrist and treatment team.
Master treatment planning and reviews.
Conduct precertification of services with managed care companies.
Conduct psycho-educational and process group therapy for program participants. Strong, group therapy experience with the ability/talent to deliver dynamic presentations.
Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of Missouri as an LPC.
Masters Degree.
5-7 years experience.
Ages served are 13-70
Provide own professional liability insurance.
