Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join Two Lights Private Wealth ($1.5B AUM) as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, primarily supporting a Private Wealth Advisor while contributing to overall Team success. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client service, meeting preparation, and follow-through, while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary support for the Private Wealth Advisors' client relationships while assisting the broader Two Lights Team.
  • Manage meeting preparation including gathering relevant documents, creating and updating financial plans and meeting materials.
  • Handle post-meeting follow-up, including documenting action items and ensuring timely completion.
  • Cooperate with advisors to translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery across the practice.
  • Maintain accurate client records and relationship data in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Support ongoing client service requests and communications. Qualifications:
  • Life, Accident & Health, Series 7, Series 63 required.
  • CFP designation preferred or in progress.
  • Proficient in investment software, financial planning tools, and client relationship
  • management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Deep knowledge of investment management, tax strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Ability to manage confidential information while maintaining excellent client service.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000-$100,000 Annually (Commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus: Discretionary
