Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an EHR Onboarding Specialist at eMedicalPractice in Delray Beach, FL. The EHR Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating customer onboarding processes, analyzing client needs, and ensuring effective communication throughout the onboarding experience. Provide best-practice training for new users as well as continuing education using eMedicalPractice for Front Office, Back Office and Providers, with both on-site support and remote training sessions. Collaborate with the IT Department on EHR help-desk tickets. Management of eMedicalPractice ePrescription and EPCS licensing application and onboarding for providers. Participation in eMedicalPractice full implementation projects, which include co-ordinating data migration from an existing EHR system to eMedicalPractice. Optimize workflows for providers, staff, and clinics. Assist with collecting and sending training checklists. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages of development. Assist with Training and Development and Admin tasks as needed. Qualifications EHR and/or clinical front desk experience required. Thorough understanding of EHR workflows for front office, back office, billing, and providers. Proficiency using the EHR support ticket system. Confidence in group presenting. Efficient in providing remote training and support via Zoom, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams. 1 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Analytical Skills Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of healthcare technology and EHR systems Fluent in English and Spanish Why join our team?
