Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Familiarity with chat tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
Basic technical skills to troubleshoot simple issues or navigate digital tools.
A problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CRM systems or databases.
