Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Agile Scrum Master Position type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC As a(n) Agile Scrum Master, you will: Key responsibilities: Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team Support the team in removing impediments Resolve conflicts and issues that arise Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives Knowledge and exposure to agile practices Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback Problem solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery The ideal candidate will have: Agile Scrum Master Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
