Job Summary:

Virtual Care Referral Coordinators are responsible for the coordination of various referral orders. Including Internal and External referrals for Specialty and Imaging orders. The team is responsible for appointment scheduling, insurance verification, requesting results or medical records, and communicating updates to providers and members.

Each member deserves world class service from their Care Team and access to high quality doctors for their health care. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond to find the highest quality providers for our members to see. If you are a task-oriented individual with a strong interest in making a real difference on our team and in member lives, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to take meticulous notes and document actions taken

• Proficient with Google Suite or related software.

• Critical thinking skills and ability to creatively solve problems

• Ability to be self-sufficient and use resources effectively to answer questions

• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities at once
