🛠️ Surgical Technologist – Days | 13 Weeks | Concord, MA

📍 Location: Concord, MA
📅 Duration: 13 weeks
🕐 Shift: 8-Hour Days | 40 hours/week
📟 Call Requirement:

• Rotating call assigned based on unit needs
• Baseline: 1 weekday call shift every other week (backup to night shift)
• Approx. 1 weekend call shift per month (24 hours)
• Additional call may be assigned as needed by the OR

 

🔍 Job Summary

We’re seeking a reliable Surgical Technologist to join a dynamic OR team in Concord, MA. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures by preparing and handling instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
• Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques
• Handle surgical specimens and ensure accurate documentation
• Support pre-op setup and post-op room turnover
• Participate in a rotating call schedule
