Dialysis Travel RN
•\tAssesses patient response to dialysis therapy.
•\tMakes appropriate adjustments and modifications to treatment plans as indicated/directed by supervisors or prescribed by the physician.
•\tAssessment of patient pre, interim, and post dialysis and documentation of findings.
•\tAdministers medications as ordered to assigned patients.
•\tAssesses educational needs of patient and educating the patient and family regarding end stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet and medications.
•\tFlexibility to travel to the assignment location.
•\tAvailability to work the facility’s required schedule.
•\tWillingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
•\tAbility to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
•\tAlso referred to as: Renal care nurse

Job Requirements
•\t1+ year of recent experience as a dialysis nurse
•\tGraduate from an accredited nursing school
•\tCurrent state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
•\tBLS certification required (Chronic and Acute settings)
•\tACLS certification required (Acute setting only)
