Benefits: W-2 or 1099 Flexible Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Tile & Flooring Installer to work on home remodeling projects in Coweta, Fayette and surrounding counties.Duties & Responsibilities:Arrive to jobsite on time in logo'd shirt and appropriate work clothing.Follow instructions given by project managerFollow Trustpoints on every jobKeep work area clean and orderly and clean up dailyCommunicate with project manager daily about progressWork quickly and efficientlySkills:Stellar work ethicExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviatingInstalling tile in backsplash, accents tile, bathrooms, etc...Able to properly demo existing flooring and prepping surfaces for new flooring surface.Installation of tile, LVP, LVT, Engineered Hardwood and wood flooring.Prior Flooring Installation experience requiredCabinet installation and trim carpentry a plusAbility to safely operate power hand tools including; a tile saw, table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gunMust have own tools and reliable transportation.Ability to work in Newnan / Peachtree City and surrounding communitiesMust be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly levelMust take personal pride in a job well done the first timeMust have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks requiredMust be able to pass a criminal background check.Additional Skills: Prior experience in flooring installation requiredPrior experience in tile backsplash requiredAble to install cabinet moldings / trim carpentry a plusAble to modify cabinets, install cabinets, install cabinet doors & drawers / Install cabinet hardware a plus.Why Work for Kitchen Tune-UpRapid growth in the market.Growth opportunities available.We are a high quality company with an excellent reputation.
