What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Outside Sales Representative , you’ll play a vital role in driving LGS Technologies’ growth. You will:

  • Expand Market Presence: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts in your assigned sales territory, achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide customized application solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with customers, material suppliers, and industry partners to deliver unparalleled service and solutions.
  • Drive Results: Accelerate sales growth by targeting key opportunities within assigned accounts. Create strategic plans to achieve objectives, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and deliver regular progress updates.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain LGS’ competitive edge.
  • Represent LGS: Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to showcase our innovative solutions and capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Proven success in outside sales is a plus, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position that does not require a degree. We will provide thorough training, but the ideal candidate must be an extrovert, comfortable engaging with various company personnel in charge of sales.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in planning and communication.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for exceeding goals.
