Preferred Qualifications:

* 20+ years of tax experience
* Proficiency in municipal tax law
* Knowledge of corporate and business law is advantageous
* Strong educational background and/or prior experience in Big Law
* LL.M. in Tax is beneficial but not mandatory
* Must have a book of business
