Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Systems Administrator with extensive expertise in POS systems, particularly Oracle Micros. This is a very hands-on position, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, deploying, and maintaining systems at scale across multiple locations. This role requires deep technical knowledge in leveraging APIs for critical integrations between POS systems and other business systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow. Responsibilities: System and Integrations Deployment & Management Design, implement, and manage large-scale deployments of Oracle Micros POS systems across multiple locations. Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Develop and maintain API integrations between Oracle Micros POS systems and other business systems (e.g., inventory management, CRM, ERP). Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for all Business Systems integrations Developing solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. They may also take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative. Enabling business processes Develop analytics for systems related to the Business Systems Integrations External Vendor Management Management of external solutions contact relationships Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations. Train internal teams and end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience & Qualifications: 8-10 Years experience with system integration and/or engineering Extensive experience in POS systems administration, specifically with Oracle Micros POS. Proven experience in deploying and managing systems at scale across multiple locations. Demonstrated expertise in API integration between POS systems and other business systems. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Micros POS architecture and administration. Proficiency in API technologies and integration best practices. Familiarity with networking, security protocols, and data protection practices. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
