Title: Sr. Project Manager (Tri-Party Rep)
Location: New Jersey 100% remote
Duration: 18 months + (Potential for extension)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience and Banking/ Finance domain experience. This resource needs to have recent experience with Tri-Party Repo process in Capital Markets. *This is done for post-trade processing, offering up securities for liquidity reasons.
Tri-party repo is a transaction for which post-trade processing --- collateral selection, payments and deliveries, custody of collateral securities, collateral management and other operations during the life of the transaction --- is outsourced by the parties to a third-party agent.
Desired Experience:
10+ years as project manager of technology projects.
Tri-Party Repo process experience (post-trade processing)
MRA/ MRIA/ Consent Order related experience
Big Banking experience (Preferably Retail banking)
Experience in a scaled PMO organizations. Understands larger scale organizations.
