ResponsibilitiesOur Opportunity!As part of the PepsiCo Design team, you will partner closely with functional design experts as well as the business to develop brand design strategies across a spectrum of capabilities including product architecture, innovation pipelines, visual identity systems, design guidelines, packaging design, and digital design experiences.The Sr. Motion Designer will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand graphic design, 3D visualization projects, motion and storytelling from ideation and strategy to execution. The main objective of this role is to guide brand design, help craft the brand narratives, prototype, and execute major design projects across the portfolio. Ideal candidates are self starters, can navigate ambiguity, need little direction, take their craft seriously, but also enjoy designing quick hits for laughs and likes.* Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members, in a rapid paced, high-output environment.* Develop 3D, Motion graphics and animations to support innovation team content creation, prototyping, visualizations, and creation of graphic toolkits.* Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media working seamlessly between 2D and 3D workspaces and programs* Work collaboratively with client groups and key stakeholders to leverage and share best practices and manage project timelines and deliverables* Design in alignment to evolving brand needs with emphasis on brand consistency + meet business objectives* Lifestyle, Design, & Culture: Responsible for staying ahead of current trends in design, fashion, music, lifestyle brands, social media, and all relevant digital platforms. Followed by the need to translate into design solutions consumer connections to elevate our brands, make them hyper-relevant and drives deep consumer love.* Ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment* Communicates regularly.
