**Why you'll love this job**
+ This job is a member of the Revenue Accounting Team Fraud Team within the Finance Division.
+ You will evaluate credit card transactions for fraud and work with various teams to prevent fraudulent ticket usage and revenue loss.
**What you'll do**
+ ?Evaluates real-time credit card sales in various tools to identify fraudulent transactions.
+ Takes appropriate data-based actions to curtail future fraudulent activity.
+ Contacts credit card holders and issuing banks by phone to perform verifications.
+ Coordinates with front line team members to prevent fraudulent ticket usage via phone and email.
+ Communicates with other workgroups to investigate reports of fraud.

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High School diploma or GED Equivalence
+ 2 years' work experience in airline, fraud prevention or payments related fields
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field or equivalent training/experience?
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Data driven analytical thinker
+ Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
+ Trustworthy and dependable
+ Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
+ Previous customer service experience a plus
