Special Education Teacher

📍 Sarasota, FL (Multiple School Locations)

💰 $40–$45/hr | Full Benefits | Weekly Pay | PTO | 401(k)

About the Position:

Novo Staffing is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers for full-time positions across Sarasota, FL . These roles are available immediately and will run through the 2025–2026 school year .

You’ll work in cross-categorical classrooms supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other emotional/behavioral disabilities. Openings are available across Kindergarten through 12th grade .

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Full-time, school-based

Pay & Benefits:

• $40–$45/hour , depending on experience

Requirements:

• Florida Educator License with corresponding Special Education certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with multiple age groups (K–12 preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
