Responsibilities Responsible for designing, building, and optimizing organizational websites and other online applications. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in user centric design processes, micro-service n-tier architecture and/or distributed architecture. Able to translate product requirements into full stack design and architecture. Hands on experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery. Supporting applications with 99% uptime high availability requirements. Strong understanding of federated authentication, claims-based authorization, and public key infrastructure. Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and choose solutions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree – Information or Computer Systems a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience providing web-based application development and programming using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or other coding languages. Demonstrated experience supporting applications with 99% uptime high availability requirements. Strong understanding of federated authentication, claims-based authorization, and public key infrastructure. Experience conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and choose solutions. Experience handling multiple projects at once. Experience taking over management of projects at different levels of completion. Relevant certifications such as DoD Directive 8570 compliance or equivalent industry-recognized credentials. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearance. Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Preferred Qualifications Networking Certifications a plus. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plus. Project Management Professional preferred. Good working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management system. Previous working experience at DoS is desirable, but not required.
