Job Title: S ecurity Officer - Outdoor Patrols
Location: Las Vegas , NV.
Environment: Commercial
Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

General Job Functions: Access control, Patrol, Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.

Shift & Hours:
Shift 1: Day: 0600 to 1800: Friday to Sunday: 12-Hour shifts.
Shift 2: Grave: 1800 to 0600: Friday to Sunday: 12-Hour shifts.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• You provide critical access control screening guests, employees, and vendors.
• You provide extra security patrolling the grounds by foot and by car throughout your shift.
• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You have the stamina to work on your feet and can handle the weather throughout your shift.
• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 1 week of an offer.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• You are able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• You can multitask and work well under pressure.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• You have at least 1 year security experience.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

• You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• You have, or can obtain, within 1 week a certification in CPR/AED.
• You can pass an extensive screening process.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
