Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive SAP S/4HANA SCM functional design, implementation, and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize multiple SAP SCM modules like MM, PP, WM, EWM, and IBP as per business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide leadership and guidance to end users, ensuring best practices and process improvements.
• Manage and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud initiatives, if applicable.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and user training for successful deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SCM-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP SCM functional experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing industry supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, WM, EWM, and IBP modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Northern New Jersey full-time.
