Job Title : RPA Process Mining & AI Developer

Location : Grand Prairie, TX (Onsite 3 Days/Week)

Duration : Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Process Mining & AI Developer with a strong background in UiPath , VB.NET , C# , and SQL to develop and optimize process automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in Process Mining , OCR/ICR technologies , and real-time bot development for Citrix/Windows/Web applications . This role involves identifying process improvement opportunities using UiPath Process Mining , developing automation workflows, and implementing AI-driven process optimizations.

1. Process Mining : Utilize UiPath Process Mining to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources, identifying process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop new process mining dashboards and collaborate with business users to provide insights.
2. RPA Development : Translate process improvement opportunities into automation workflows using UiPath RPA tools, with experience in OCR/ICR technologies and bot development for Citrix, Windows, and Web applications .
3. Data Analysis : Use advanced SQL queries to perform database updates, analyze data, and support automation projects. Leverage Textract for document handling and data extraction.
4. Collaboration : Work closely with the development and business teams to configure UiPath Process Mining applications, ensuring data is rendered accurately and meaningfully for business users.
5. Process Optimization : Propose process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and recommendations to reduce operational costs and enhance process performance.
6. Documentation & Troubleshooting : Analyze existing applications, document workflows, and handle complex troubleshooting scenarios to ensure automation solutions run smoothly.
7. AI Integration : Implement AI-driven bots and develop document understanding modules for enhanced automation.

• SQL : 6+ years of experience writing advanced SQL queries and managing databases.
• RPA (UiPath) : 6+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath for developing RPA workflows and bot development.
• Process Mining : 6+ years of experience in Process Mining , with the ability to build and manage process mining dashboards.
• VB.NET / C# : 6+ years of development experience with VB.NET and C# .
• OCR/ICR Technologies : Real-time project experience in OCR/ICR for document processing and automation.
• Citrix/Windows/Web Applications : Experience in bot development for Citrix, Windows, and Web applications.

• Healthcare Domain : Knowledge of the healthcare domain is a plus.
• AI Bots : Experience with AI bots and document understanding modules .
• JavaScript & React.js : Proficiency in JavaScript , including DOM manipulation, and understanding of React.js core principles.
• Textract : Experience with Textract for document handling and processing.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in RPA development using UiPath .
• Experience in process mining with a strong ability to visualize and analyze complex data.
• Proficiency in VB.NET , C# , SQL , and JavaScript .
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
