Roofing Project Manager

Position Overview
The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Supervise and manage roofing crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
• Handle project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
