We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to enhance our operations. This pivotal role ensures our establishment's energetic atmosphere and guarantees excellence for every guest and team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant functions across shifts.
• Hire, mentor, and train a top-tier service team.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Dedicate more than 50% of your time to managerial duties.
• Manage local marketing, sales growth, and community involvement.
• Address repair and maintenance issues promptly.
