Responsible for delivering the best talent with the right skills and experience to drive organizational impact. What you'll do Partner with hiring managers to understand and prioritize job requirements, influencing staffing decisions based on business needs. Establish service level agreements and set clear expectations with hiring managers. Engage with sourcing partners and facilitate assessment processes through intake sessions, clarifying staffing needs, and ensuring accurate job descriptions. Understand and monitor internal candidate pools by collaborating with HRBP’s and Talent Management. Establish optimal selection processes, including strategies, tools, and participant experience. Use a consultative approach with hiring teams for assessment and selection to meet business needs. Guide and influence business leaders to ensure the right hires at the right time. Assist hiring managers with behavioral interview techniques and facilitate effective, legal interviewing practices. Manage positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process. Influence the overall hiring timeline and process adherence. Support hiring managers with developing and gaining approval for competitive offers. Explain offer components to candidates to facilitate acceptance. Respond to talent acquisition needs and inquiries from stakeholders. Provide timely updates on applicant activity, track metrics, and report trends with recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS for reporting and analysis. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with business units, hiring managers, and TA teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to other Talent Advisors. Manage specialized Talent Acquisition projects for supported business areas. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training. At least 2 years of recruiting experience for open positions. At least 1 year of reporting experience related to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics. Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience N/A Skills, Licenses & Certifications Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risks, and action plans. Strong customer orientation and influencing skills. Knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices. Leadership ability. Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment techniques. Strategic thinking, creativity, innovative mindset, and sound judgment. Understanding of workforce planning (forecasting, identifying needs, skills, locations, behaviors). Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems.
