Responsibilities

•Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
•Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
•Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
•Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
•Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions

Qualifications

•Can spend a large amount of time driving
•Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
•Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Reed Estate Group at RE/MAX FIRST
