The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Engineering team that has an opening for Quality Engineer in Flemington, NJ !

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance processes by driving non-conformance management, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with cGMP and international quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971).

Additional Details:

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay range: $29 to $33/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-conformances and CAPAs in accordance with approved procedures.
• Conduct investigations and assist in problem-solving using established methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and maintenance to improve and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure local quality issues are integrated into global quality systems, accounting for local manufacturing and legal requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate quality control processes and work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 standards.
• Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate operations to ensure products meet established quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
• Experience with non-conformance, CAPA, and quality investigation tools

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
