Requirements:
Proven experience in property management with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
Proficiency in Rent Manager software is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple departments.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in overseeing teams and coordinating across functions.
Experience working with Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Rentals is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative when needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage communication between departments, tenants, and owners.
