Client Title: Project Manager II (Only W2)
Philadelphia, PA; hybrid 3 days a week – some meetings start at 7:30am ET and end at 5:30pm ET due to the locations of various team members globally.
Contract; expected to run through 2026
Interview Process: Likely two rounds via TEAMS or onsite.
Job Description:
We have a huge project on a mobile AI related product launch and there will be 9-10 workstream initiatives we are managing. We need someone who knows Project Management, comfortable talking to stakeholders. The role is more on the business operations side. There are more than 100 people working on these workstreams.
• Need help with Smartsheet’s specifically with managing schedules, charters and communications as well as reporting.
• We are on an NDA so cannot release too much info about the product itself.
• Will report to the Executive Director. Have daily meetings with each Program Manager on the various projects.
• AI would be a plus
• Mobile device experience a big plus
• Telecom a plus
• The need is to augment staff to help with the extreme workloads on everyone currently in place.
• Risk mitigation is key, creating back-up plans.
• Will dive deep into each initiative they manage.
• This person will hit the ground running quickly.
• Prefer a more seasoned person but want to emphasize the skill set vs the years exp.
• Agile/Scrum is a plus.
