Bethlehem Construction is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and oversee our exciting projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Participate in accurate project estimates and bid proposals, including detailed project takeoffs, budgets and job costing.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
