Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, embedding yourself in the workflow to ensure design intent is carried through to execution. Maintain direct responsibility for the quality of design deliverables, ensuring usability, performance, and visual excellence. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success and marketing to understand user feedback and incorporate it into the design process. Serve as an advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are represented in all product discussions. Regularly present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions. Metrics & Design Performance: Define and track design-specific KPIs to measure the success of features and overall user experience. Use data and user research to iterate on designs, continuously improving usability, adoption, and engagement. What you bring to the role: 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years designing data-driven experiences for Analytics or AdTech/MarTech platforms.
