What You’ll Do:

• Comply with all state rules and regulations
• Follow Here We Grow policies & procedures
• Maintain a clean & organized classroom (sanitize toys & equipment daily)
• Establish and enforce classroom rules with kindness & consistency
• Plan & implement engaging lesson plans & circle time
• Lead fun activities like songs, games, storytelling, and playtime
• Provide hands-on tools & resources to inspire learning and creativity
• Adapt teaching methods to fit different learning styles
• Regularly assess and track children’s progress

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
• Full-time & part-time positions available

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• First Aid & CPR Certified (We can help you get it)
• Food Handler's Permit (We can help you get it)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred (We can help you along the way)

No experience? No problem! If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet all the requirements, we’ll start you as an Assistant Teacher and provide mentorship to help you grow into the role!

Here We Grow Early Learning Center started as a small business over 20 years ago when Owner JoAnne Albrecht’s search for childcare for her own children was unsuccessful. Recognizing a wider need for quality childcare, she expanded her business and has successfully established an environment devoted to the love, growth, development, and safety of children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
