As a Pet Groomer at Salty Paws RVA, you'll be responsible for providing grooming services to dogs, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for each pet. You'll also assist with stocking and maintaining the self-wash area, ensuring everything is clean and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform grooming services, including haircuts, baths, nail trims, and ear cleaning for dogs of all sizes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming needs.
• Ensure a clean and safe grooming environment, following best practices for pet care.
• Assist with stocking products and cleaning up after customers using the self-wash stations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners.

Compensation :

• Commission-based pay for each groom.
• Hourly wage for stocking and cleaning duties related to the self-wash area.
• Flexible schedule and availability to start with part-time hours.

Qualifications :

• One or more years of previous experience as a professional pet groomer.
• Strong knowledge of grooming techniques and pet care.
• Passion for animals and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
