The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, sales, and personal or group training.  A valid personal or group training certification is REQUIRED and prior experience is highly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES

A Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service 
  • Managing training sales
  • Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
  • Delivering personalized one-on-one and group training sessions
  • Fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment
  • Conducting fitness assessments and body composition scans
  • Staying connected with members and clients through regular communication
  • Managing billing and administrative tasks
  • Motivating clients and holding them accountable for reaching their fitness goals
  • Engaging in community events and activities
  • Offering online coaching and providing exercise modifications for various fitness levels

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the fitness industry as well as customer service, sales, and personal or group training
  • Certification from recognized organizations such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or ISSA (current certification required)
  • Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
  • Genuine and honest personality
  • Flexible availability
  • Technologically savvy
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
