Clinical Assistant needed for a busy and successful orthodontic practice. You must be enthusiastic, a quick learner, great with people and have a positive attitude. If you love making people smile, this is the place for you!

As a member of our amazing team, you would be responsible for assisting the orthodontist in the delivery of patient care and performing dental laboratory duties while delivering a positive patient experience. We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service around!

Job responsibilities may include:
* Greeting new patients and welcoming them to the office
* Taking x-rays and patient photos
* Clinical Assisting
* Treatment documentation
* Sterilization
* Laboratory Duties
* Patient Education and Motivation
* Practice Promotion
* Miscellaneous Duties

Due the nature of the position candidates must possess the following qualities/abilities:
* Extremely personable with a constantly positive and upbeat attitude
* Team before self attitude
* The ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
* Exceptional manual dexterity
* Motivated to learn and constantly improve
* Proficient in the use of computers/tablets. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
* Dental experience is not required, but preferred.

We are seeking an individual with superb interpersonal skills which includes the ability to quickly build rapport with patients and their families.

Details of the position: Candidate must be a team player who shows initiative and a willingness to learn. The ability to work with your hands and exhibit manual dexterity is a must. The clinical team member position is full time (30-35hrs/wk) position working 3-4 days a week. Hours vary from 6:30 to 5:30.
