Join our rapidly expanding Hamptons-based company as an Office Assistant/Social Media and Marketing Manager. Spend your work day capturing stunning visuals and supporting our team with your multifaceted skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, focusing on visually appealing content via Google AdWords/Instagram/Tik -Tok/Hubspot.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, showcasing captivating photography and drone imagery across various platforms.
• Act as the visual storyteller of our brand by capturing striking visuals through photography and drones to enhance marketing materials.
• Utilize your photo editing skills to craft compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Executive team to devise creative and effective campaigns that visually resonate with our audience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in photography and drone technology, and implement innovative marketing approaches.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and managing schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or a related field is preferred, as well as 2+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Google AdWords and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in photography, drone operation, and photo editing.
• Sound understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Speakers who are bilingual in both Spanish and English are given extra consideration.
