Night Auditor (Overnight) - Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown

Boston, MA | Overnight Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

What You'll Do:

As a Night Auditor , you are the overnight heartbeat of the hotel. You'll ensure our guests feel welcomed, our books are balanced, and that the hotel runs smoothly while the city sleeps. Your responsibilities will include:
• Accurate Financial Reporting - Balance daily transactions and ensure all records are precise.
• Manager on Duty (11 PM - 7 AM) - Handle guest requests and unexpected challenges with confidence.
• Guest Service Excellence - Greet late arrivals, assist guests with inquiries, and maintain a hospitable atmosphere.
• Seamless Communication - Relay important information to the morning team for a smooth transition.
• Problem-Solving Pro - Handle any overnight issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You Bring to The Journey:

Detail-Oriented Mindset - Numbers matter! You have a knack for balancing reports and ensuring accuracy.

People-First Attitude - You enjoy engaging with guests and making their stay memorable.

Tech-Savvy Skills - Experience with Microsoft Excel and hotel systems is a plus!

Strong Communication - Bilingual is a plus, but great English communication is essential.

Mathematical Confidence - Understanding profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
