About the Job KWT Global is seeking a talented and dynamic Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. We're looking for a visual storyteller with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and a proven ability to translate concepts into visually compelling motion graphics. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for crafting captivating visual content for a variety of platforms, including social media, promotional videos, and sizzle reels. You will collaborate closely with our design and account teams to develop innovative and effective creative solutions that align with client objectives. Motion Design & Editing: Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.) Edit and animate existing and original video content to create engaging and impactful visuals Develop compelling storyboards for social media content and promotional videos Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life through animation and visual effects Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) is a plus Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets Prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative input Contribute to the overall success of the creative services team Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and social media Continuously develop your skills and explore new creative techniques Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: $62,400-$72,000 #LI-Hybrid
