----- This is a unique opportunity to bring aboard an experienced Loan Officer with a track record of excelling in the Michigan market and knows how to build lasting relationships.  We are looking to dedicate this individual to help service one of our partnering Large Real Estate Offices in Oakland County: You’ll also have access to some of our closed clients to nurture relationships, assist with refinances, and generate referrals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as your clients’ personal loan advisor; advise clients on the home buying and/or refinance process, educate clients on how to better manage their mortgages, advise the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial dreams and aspirations. Provide them with custom tailored mortgage solutions that fit their unique needs.
• Collecting and analyzing qualifying documents
• Market and promote Silverline Lending’s products
• Getting a file from prospect to close
• Must respond with a sense of urgency returning client/agent phone calls and texts quickly
• Establish and maintain relationships with new realtors, the real estate community, our account executives, builders, financial planners, attorneys etc. to develop and retain existing business
• Work required to maintain licensing
• Build your personal brand in the world of social media providing insight and value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Self-Generating leads
• Must be licensed MLO with the NMLS
• 3+ year mortgage experience
• Proficient in Technology
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized, ability to multitask

PAY

• 100% Commission $80,000 - $350,000 annually

LOCATION

• Remote + Occasionally On-site in Novi, MI and/or Royal Oak, MI for training and monthly meetings.
