We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Mission Critical
Director of Sales to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a
results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving business growth in the
mission-critical datacenter cooling industry. Our ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and building high-
performing sales teams. This position requires a deep understanding of the
mission-critical datacenter market and a strong network of industry contacts.
Responsibilities:
As the Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales, you will be responsible
for:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
and business goals.
2. Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional
results.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and
industry partners.
4. Understanding market trends and customer needs to identify new business
opportunities.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials
and campaigns.
6. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
7. Ensuring that the sales team adheres to company policies and standards.
8. Participating in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s
products and services.
9. Providing coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their
skills and performance.
10. Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales

1. A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the mission-
critical datacenter cooling industry.
2. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business
growth.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

6. Strong relationships with key industry partners and clients.

events.
