Hi Hope you are doing good, This is Kishore from Info Way Solutions, LLC We have job opening for Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps Lead nd the detailed Job description is given below: Kindly check the JD and share your views Microsoft Dynamics / Power Apps Lead Tallahasee, FL Long-Term Contract Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics / Power Apps Lead works with the Enterprise Dynamics development team to lead and perform design, configuration and development tasks as needed and assist with testing and go-live support activities for Department applications. The Lead will have primary responsibility for application design, and as such, some application architect experience is beneficial. They will work within existing Department standards and facilitate the establishment and implementation of new standards and guidelines that guide the design and development of Enterprise Dynamics applications. Lead has functional & technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, as well as other integration and cloud solutions that are commonly used to support the platform. Lead is expected to train, lead, and mentor analysts & developers with application and portal design focusing on usage and end-user experience and alignment to Dynamics functionality. Responsibilities:

• Manage the Architect, design, develop and implement small to large scale integration solutions in MS Dynamics solutions.
• Manage the creation of architectural deliverables that clearly communicate design and solution expectations
• Understand and clarify complex business integration requirements and assist with the production of eloquent and scalable designs.
• Work closely with other enterprise architects, security, networking, developers, and infrastructure teams to develop integration architecture suitable for implementing common services, business rules, data transformation, and data movement across systems
• Participate in design reviews, gap analysis and assessment when required
• Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers and architects in an easy-to-understand manner and recommend clearly thought-out solutions
• Work with the development team in multi-phase heterogeneous work environments and work streams
• Lead the delivery of high-quality production-ready application services, integration programs and APIs.
• ctively participate with the team during the testing process and clearly document implementations so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions
• Guide and work with support teams in troubleshooting production issues and provides technical support of the integration platform
• Build trust with business and IT stakeholders by implementing technical solutions for enterprise-wide systems
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the Enterprise Application Integration platform by making technical contributions and by providing architectural recommendations

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of IT and business work experience including leading team(s) in systems analysis and/or programming functions
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional and Technical Experience
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure/Cloud Architecture
• 2+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications such as Customer Service, Custom Model-Driven Applications, Canvas Apps, and Dynamics Portals
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data management tools and technologies
• 2+ years of experience in Data Migrations, Data Integrations, Data Governance, Data Storage, and Retention
• 1+ years of experience with Document Management

NOTE: Desired experience with Microsoft DevOps (including pipeline development for Power Platform implementations), Agile, Web Service/API Integration with Dynamics (i.e., Mulesoft), C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, SSIS, KingswaySoft, plugins and scripting, SSRS, Power BI, Azure BLOB, Polybase, and SharePoint integrations.
