We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role is to manage and ensure the accuracy of medical data records in our healthcare industry. The workplace will be a dynamic and collaborative environment where attention to detail is key.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter paper-based medical data into computer systems.
• Establish and maintain physical medical records to aid in the digitization process.
• Collaborate with team members to cross-verify data entries for completeness and consistency.
• Utilize software tools to enhance data entry efficiency and productivity.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive patient information.
• Execute regular system checks to match records with the correct patient profiles.
• Use your skills in Claim Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Documentation to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry methods and systems.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in patient data records.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner.• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Data Entry Clerk or in a related role
• Proficiency in Claim Administration is required
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential
• Must be skilled in Data Entry and able to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Strong Documentation skills are necessary to record and maintain data accurately
• Ability to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Must be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software is necessary
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is required
• Must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, higher education or certifications are advantageous.
